Plan to meet at the Lake Creek Grange Hall and enjoy our traditional 2nd Sunday Monthly Country Breakfast (Nov 13, Dec 11, January 8).Bring your family & friends for good food, mingle with your neighbors, give a Lake Creek welcome to newer residents who you may not have met, and possibly win raffle prizes.Doors open at 8:00am, and we will serve food until 10:00am (unless we run out of food earlier).Pay at the door: $10 for adults, $5 for children (age 8- 12), free for kids 7 & under, $8 for Veterans.Atmosphere is informal & always friendly.Our Grange Hall was constructed in 1933 and is of the classic Grange style
Southern Oregon’s first-ever Veg Fest will take place at Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary (TOFS) at 460 Hartley Road in Phoenix on Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Southern Oregon Veg Fest will host 30 vendors and offer live music, cooking demos, sanctuary tours, hay rides, a beer garden hosted by Portal Brewing Company, a raffle for a chance to win SO Veg Fest and TOFS merchandise, and a silent auction featuring animal paintings from Dana Feagin Art, a gift card for Medford’s RetroWormhole, and animal-themed books and gifts from Ashland Creek Press.
Vendors will be showcasing products including vegan foods, baked goods, kombucha, beauty products, jewelry, and animal-themed art, books, and photography. Also exhibiting are animal advocacy organizations, including FOTAS, and plant-based martial arts and medical practitioners.
The event is free and open to all. Sanctuary donations are welcome, and raffle tickets supporting the sanctuary are $3 for five tickets. Parking is available onsite.
Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) organization in Phoenix, Oregon, that rescues abused, abandoned, neglected, and unwanted farm animals and provides them with a forever home.
