Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market is a richly woven tapestry of farmers, ranchers, crafters, food processors, board and staff dedicated to the land at-large and our beautiful valley community in particular.
We're dedicated to putting our utmost effort and passion into the soil and food that sustains you. Through hard work and innovative practices, we strive to provide the best. During the outdoor season, we host up to three markets a week for the best access to the incredible bounty our bioregion has to offer.
This August, Kagyu Sukha Chöling begins a 2-month open community peace meditation; an invitation to join us over four Sundays this summer. Come join us in our serene sanctuary from 9:30-10:30 AM on Sundays August 3 & 17, September 7 & 21, where we will hold space for the contemplation of peace in all areas of our lives. There is no charge; KSC is dedicated to welcoming and supporting individuals at any stage of their spiritual journeys.
Fiber Artists Nani Pacal and Thalia Keple will continue to be featured artisans at Shepherd's Dream throughout the month of September. We feature both seasoned and up and coming artisans monthly and invite you to come to our Ashland Flagship Retail Showroom to view these amazing fine art works. Their unique one of a kind pieces, are a feast for the eyes, and have garnered collectors local, regional and nationally. Another co-sponsored event with Creatively Speaking.
These small gatherings are for those who practice or would like to learn about Christian contemplative, or mystical, spirituality. The meetings are open to the public, educational, supportive, and non-dogmatic, but we are currently meeting in the Ashland Public Library's Guanajuato Room, which has limited space. The Eureka Symphony is kicking off its 2025-2026 season with a Season Prelude Gala at the River Lodge. Everyone is welcome to join us for an afternoon of conversation, live music, hors d’oeuvres by Cassaro’s Catering, Pat Knittel’s North Story Wines, sparkling Cava, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Tim Randles will play piano and Gregg Foster and Talvi Fried will host a rousing live auction featuring 10 new packages, all in support of Eureka Symphony. We’re also bringing back a few silent auction items, including an opportunity to bid on a “Celebration Slide” – a personal tribute slide during our pre-concert slide show. You can also bid to sit on stage during one of the orchestra’s rehearsals. We will also be raising funds for our new Symphony Shuttle program.
A special performance by the Temporary Resonance Trio, featuring Carol Jacobson, Terrie Baune and John Chernoff will be the day’s finale.
