Join our soul-nourishing community! We play with words and images in response to creative, guided prompts inspired by poetry. Come write, reflect, and share (sharing always optional)!

A special concert preview features conversations with Martin Kuuskmann, bassoon soloist for Orchestra I and Adam Stern, OCMA Associate Conductor. Learn about Kuuskmann and the North American premiere of Tõnu Kõrvits’ Beyond the Solar Fields. Kuuskmann studied at Tallinn Music High School in Estonia, the Manhattan School of Music, and the Yale School of Music. Widely recognized as one of today’s great bassoon virtuosos, he has fifteen bassoon concertos written especially for him, including the one performed in the Festival. Alongside his work in classical and chamber music, he collaborates in jazz projects, serves as Associate Professor of Bassoon at the University of Denver, and maintains an expanding recording catalogue that includes three Grammy nominations.

Using Singing Bowls and Vocal Training to augment positive thinking and being, Tanya guides you more deeply to go within and find your highest heart intentions. This is an interactive, transformative evening using sound and more. You will take away tools to assist you to embody more of yourself and hold a coherent field and lift your every day life.

Transitions - After telling your story, it’s time to transition from the past and learn from it, forming a new "normal".

Boundaries - Figure out what an appropriate boundary is for family, friends, significant others, and even yourself.

Rebuilding - Work on building better relationships and a whole new life.

American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 is having 3-Ball Tournaments starting on Mondays.

Studio Art Quilt Associates, Inc. (SAQA) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the art quilt: "a creative visual work that is layered and stitched or that references this form of stitched layered structure."

Over the past 3+ decades, SAQA has grown into a dynamic and active community of over 4,000 artists, curators, collectors, and art professionals located around the world.
