Beware of holiday travel weather and King tides

More than 122 million people are expected to travel for the holiday this year, including about 109 million who will be driving to visit friends and family. But seasonal changes and severe weather often disrupt those journeys.

JPR meteorologist Milt Radford offers insight into the holiday travel weather, atmospheric rivers and the dangers of kind tides.

Roman Battaglia is a regional reporter for Jefferson Public Radio.
