Join the Schneider Museum of Art for “Eons: Unraveling Time,” an exhibition curated by Maria de Los Angeles featuring the work of eleven artists exploring our complex relationship with time. Through painting, sculpture, photography, installation, printmaking, textiles, and video, the exhibition considers time through memory, history, mythology, labor, tradition, and imagination, inviting visitors to slow down, look closely, and consider how the past continues to shape the present. This exhibition will be on view through March 13, 2027.
Featured artists: Ryan Bonilla, Cody Bustamante, Laurel Bustamante, MK Guth, Maria de Los Angeles, Charlene Liu & Isami Ching, Sara Siestreem (Hanis Coos), Gerry Snyder, Alex Valentine, and William Warden.
Admission is always free, with a suggested $5 donation. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free docent-led tours are offered every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. For more information, contact sma@sou.edu or 541-552-8248.

This is an open, harmonious gathering where crafters of all skill levels (from complete beginners to seasoned experts) come together to work, chat, and collaborate if they choose. Carol will lead a craft and participants can choose to participate in her demo craft/art project, or work independently on their own crafting project. This DROP-IN is Free with welcomed donations of $5 or more to support JCC!

Bach's counterpoint and harmonic mastery have served as the foundation for musicians across centuries and nations. He stands as a towering figure whose musical language has shaped the course of music history. Join Moreno and her quartet for “Bach in the Americas,” a fusion of Baroque elegance and South American vibrancy.
All are welcome to experience the joy of folk dancing, and enjoy wonderful live music this Friday in North bend. The North Bend Public Library, in partnership with the South Coast Folk Society, invites everyone to join the fun starting at 6:00 Friday evening, January 9th, in their Activity Room. This is the first in a series, so you don’t want to miss it. Folk Dance Night at the Library will be a regular monthly offering every second Friday at 6:00.
This free, social gathering is open to new and experienced dancers. Dance to live music from around the world played by skilled local musicians. Beautiful, beginner-friendly dances will be taught throughout the evening. They are fun to do, and easy to learn. If you can walk, you can folk dance, and folk dancing is so much more fun. Don’t be shy, give it a try.
There’s plenty of room for dancing in the spacious, newly remodeled, North Bend Library Activity Room. And, there is room to sit and enjoy live music when you take a moment to rest. Plus there will be refreshments available during the band break.This is an alcohol-free and fragrance-free public event. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
