Community Calendar

Relationship Recovery is a community-based non-profit organization located in Grants Pass, Oregon, dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the complexities of grief and trauma. Our mission is to provide a compassionate and understanding environment where men and women can find solace and the tools necessary to move forward in their healing journey. We have developed a comprehensive program consisting of four classes, each designed to address different stages and aspects of the healing journey.

Support - Meet others with a story to tell and realize that you are not a failure, and more importantly, you are not alone.

Transitions - After telling your story, it’s time to transition from the past and learn from it, forming a new "normal".

Boundaries - Figure out what an appropriate boundary is for family, friends, significant others, and even yourself.

Rebuilding - Work on building better relationships and a whole new life.

American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 located at 206 NW F St @ 5th St, is having 9-Ball Tournaments every Monday and Thursday at 7:00pm. Standard rules, with a $5.00 buy in for 5 rounds.

There will be food and drinks available for sale.

Join the Schneider Museum of Art for “Eons: Unraveling Time,” an exhibition curated by Maria de Los Angeles featuring the work of eleven artists exploring our complex relationship with time. Through painting, sculpture, photography, installation, printmaking, textiles, and video, the exhibition considers time through memory, history, mythology, labor, tradition, and imagination, inviting visitors to slow down, look closely, and consider how the past continues to shape the present. This exhibition will be on view through March 13, 2027.

Featured artists: Ryan Bonilla, Cody Bustamante, Laurel Bustamante, MK Guth, Maria de Los Angeles, Charlene Liu & Isami Ching, Sara Siestreem (Hanis Coos), Gerry Snyder, Alex Valentine, and William Warden.

Admission is always free, with a suggested $5 donation. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free docent-led tours are offered every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. For more information, contact sma@sou.edu or 541-552-8248.

Do you love knitting, painting, paper-making, or collage, but miss having a community to share it with others? Crafting alone at home is wonderful, but creating together brings a whole new layer of joy, inspiration, and friendship. Whether you’re looking for fresh ideas, trying to clear out a mountain of extra supplies, or simply want a welcoming environment to work on your favorite hobby on a weekday afternoon, JCC’s monthly DROP-IN Art À La Carte with Fabric Artist Carol Jones is your space to thrive. This is an open, harmonious gathering where crafters of all skill levels (from complete beginners to seasoned experts) come together to work, chat, and collaborate if they choose. OR, join Carol to learn a new craft…

Carol will lead a craft and participants can choose to participate in her demo craft/art project, or work independently on their own crafting project. This DROP-IN is Free with welcomed donations of $5 or more to support JCC!

Got extra tools, yarn, fabric, or paper taking up space at home? Bring your gently used materials to use, share with others, trade for something new, or possibly donate directly to the community center. Reclaim your afternoon, meet fellow local makers, and enjoy doing what you love in good company.
