Meditation is a progressive practice, and sometimes very subtle. This group is provided to give you a framework for your practice, and a discussion opportunity for clarifying your experiences and to avoid getting 'stuck' which can happen in various ways.We are a joyful community, excited to be taking part in our individual explorations of consciousness and learning how that relates to our realities.

All the 2nd Congressional District Candidates running in the Primary this May have been invited to speak at a forum where the focus will be on Community Service. The candidates will be responding to questions related to how they value service and how it might relate to their candidacy for public office.There will be time available after the forum for candidates to talk with the audience over light refreshments.

Instructor Bio: Laurie Finear has been a music teacher in the Rogue Valley for over 15 years as a certified Music Together teacher. She now creates and teaches her own music classes for children and their caregivers in Ashland and Jacksonville. She is passionate about sharing the joy of music with children and families.
The 2022 farmers market season opens in Siskiyou County Monday, May 16, from 3:30 to 6 pm on East Castle Street in downtown Mount Shasta. Ms. Laurie’s Theatre Arts Workshop is a 3-week series that introduces students to acting, voice expression, improvisation, stage presence and auditioning through fun games and activities.
