Starting May 3, the heart of downtown Ashland will be home to the Saturday Market, running every Saturday until October 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the 100 block of Oak St. This exclusive one block long market provides healthy options, fresh organic produce, artisan foods, and more every week for the locals and travelers passing through. We encourage everyone to join us in supporting local while cultivating community in Southern Oregon.

The 2022 farmers market season opens in Siskiyou County Monday, May 16, from 3:30 to 6 pm on East Castle Street in downtown Mount Shasta. Mount Shasta Farmers’ Market is committed to providing a convenient way for community members to buy food directly from growers and producers in a beautiful outdoor setting with live music. An increasing variety of fresh produce, meats, plants, starts, baked goods, spring rolls, tamales, crafts and more will be available every Monday afternoon (except July 4th) until mid-October. MSFM is a Certified Farmers Market that offers free Market Match vouchers to spend on vegetables and fruit, up to $20 per market day, for CalFresh customers who purchase at least $20 in EBT tokens. American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 located at 206 NW F St @ 5th St, is having 9-Ball Tournaments every Monday and Thursday at 7:00pm. Standard rules, with a $5.00 buy in for 5 rounds.

There will be food and drinks available for sale.

The Ashland Garden Club invites all garden enthusiasts to join the garden club. Founded in 1950, the Ashland Garden Club is a non-profit organization which continues to grow and uphold its objectives to educate and promote gardening, and conserve and preserve natural resources, through a multitude of educational lectures, gardening activates and community service projects.

The Club meets the first Monday of the month October through May, with additional meetings held September, December and June for member-only tours and gatherings. Meetings are held at the First United Methodist Church, in the Upper Room of Wesley Hall at 175 N. Main Street in Ashland from 10-11:45:AM. Garden club meetings include social time and a business meeting, followed by a 45-minute lecture on various garden-related subjects
