Formerly the chef of Portland's celebrated Quintrelle, Ryley now leads the intimate 16-seat WØLF, where he creates seasonal menus inspired by the Pacific Northwest. Thoughtfully sourced ingredients, creative technique, and a genuine curiosity about the people and places behind each dish make every menu a one-of-a-kind experience.

First Friday is basically our way of saying: you survived the week — now come drink wine about it.
Join us each First Friday for good pours, live music, great food and the kind of vibes that make you forget what day it is (except that it’s Friday… and that part matters).
We’ll be pouring your favorite Resistance wines, cranking up the good energy, and welcoming you in like family.

Wine tastings, bottles, all the local, homemade CABA empanadas you can dream of! Come hungry!
6:00pm- 8:00pm- Tres Palomas Performs
Tres Palomas - Three Doves- is comprised of Mari, Sean & Jason. They are a soulful blend of tender bossa nova, nostalgic jazz and dramatic ballads in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Come for “just one glass.” Stay for three. No judgment here.
Reservations appreciated- Walk-ins are always welcome.

The Fret Drifters are the award-winning acoustic duo of Andy Casad and Nick Garrett-Powell — bringing ridiculous guitar talent, high-energy performances, and enough musical horsepower to make people suddenly stop talking mid-wine sip.
Based out of Southern Oregon, these guys have toured across the Pacific Northwest and Australia (short commute), opened for legends like Tommy Emmanuel and Eric Johnson, and built a reputation for absolutely melting faces… acoustically.

We invite you to celebrate our shared public lands for KS Wild & Rogue Riverkeeper's biggest fundraiser and party of the year: our 2026 Annual Dinner!
This is an event where generations of environmental advocates come together to share stories, see old friends, make new friends, and connect to this place we love—the Klamath-Siskiyou region.
We will kick off the evening at 5pm with a happy hour featuring live music by Bekkah McAlvage, an open bar with a great local drink selection, and an appetizer spread. You will be served a healthy, locally-sourced four course meal prepared by Marion Heinz of Heart Full Catering and will have the opportunity to win BIG win our live auction. We will offer a short but powerful program to provide you with special updates to our current work and exactly where your support will be the most impactful for the future of our public lands.
