Relationship Recovery is a community-based non-profit organization located in Grants Pass, Oregon, dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the complexities of grief and trauma. Our mission is to provide a compassionate and understanding environment where men and women can find solace and the tools necessary to move forward in their healing journey. We have developed a comprehensive program consisting of four classes, each designed to address different stages and aspects of the healing journey.
Support - Meet others with a story to tell and realize that you are not a failure, and more importantly, you are not alone.
Transitions - After telling your story, it’s time to transition from the past and learn from it, forming a new "normal".
Boundaries - Figure out what an appropriate boundary is for family, friends, significant others, and even yourself.
Rebuilding - Work on building better relationships and a whole new life.

GPHS Project Graduation 2026 is sponsoring the annual "Will-A-Thon" to raise money for a safe drug and alcohol free party for the Class of 2026. Participants will consult with one of the following volunteer attorneys to have a basic will, power of attorney, and advance directive prepared. Cost $300 Single, $350 Couple. This chair-based yoga class incorporates movement, poses, breath, and guided relaxation in both seated and (optional) standing sequences. We move slowly and mindfully, with plenty of opportunity to pause and notice. The classes are designed using the principles of yoga for healthy aging to support brain and body wellness.

Instructor Bio: Lori Sours, PhD, has been teaching yoga since 2014 and is a Create an account with JCC Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance. Beyond Lori’s certification work, her specialized training includes teaching yoga for healthy aging and chair yoga for brain and body health. She is passionate about introducing the benefits of slow, mindful yoga, including chair yoga, to people who want to feel their best every day and age wisely.
We have a wide assortment of food available. Bags with staple items are pre-filled, but we will gladly add any special requests if they are available. When you visit, there is always a simple lunch. On the last Wednesday of every month, we serve a pretty darned good hot meal with salad and a huge table filled with pies and desserts. We call it a community lunch. All are welcomed.
Let’s Celebrate Earth Day! Reduce waste by turning something old into something new to benefit thepollinators in your garden. We will create a pollinator “water-station” from bottle caps and wood. Family-friendly ages 6+. (Parents may drop off or participate for free).
Instructor Bio: Sarah Greco is the Youth and Family Programs Coordinator at the JCC and aJacksonville mom. With a background in early childhood education and developmental psychology, she ispassionate about protecting and celebrating childhood, and supporting parents in our community.
