This small group personal training program is designed for groups of 8-10, offering the benefits of personal training in a group setting.
All fitness levels welcome, though you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. A combination of weight training, balance exercises and some cardio with functional lifelong wellness in mind. Benefits include prevention of osteoporosis by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone, mental and emotional health, improved immune system, and most importantly lower risk of falls, metabolic diseases and cognitive decline.

Advanced Zentangle with Joann ClecknerSaturday October 25, 1 – 5pmIntended for those who have previously taken Intro to Zentangle.
Take your Zentangle skills to the next level with Joann. This class will explore a more complex string with an over/under framework. Within that framework you will learn new tangles that can be used as borders. We will complete this exercise with ideas for designs you could use for greeting cards. Participants are encouraged to bring their own supplies which include, but are not limited to tiles, micron pen(s), soft lead pencil and a tortillon. This will be a fun afternoon and you will come away with a work of art you can share.

All skill levels are welcome to join us for this fiber arts crafting hour. Bring your knitting, crocheting, or other fiber arts project for an hour of crafting camaraderie at the library. Supplies will also be provided for a simple knit or crochet craft for those looking to learn a new project. This group meets the fourth Saturday of the month.
Monsters of all ages are invited to our annual Halloween celebration! Monster Ball transforms the museum into a spooky playground filled with hands-on activities, crafts, workshops, performances, and more.

Explore our walk-through haunted house in the Celebration Room, try karaoke in the Jam Room, and be among the first to see our newly renovated cave exhibit highlighting Oregon’s unique geology and biodiversity.
