By giving these patterns names, we gain new language for spotting them in everyday discussions and for engaging more thoughtfully with friends, colleagues, and communities.

Rather than trudging through old arguments, this talk offers a framework for understanding why denial persists in many forms and how recognizing it can open space for more nuanced, constructive conversations
about solutions.

Open Meditation for All in The Sanctuary
Wednesdays from noon to 1:00 pm

Each Wednesday from noon to 1:00 pm, the KSC Sanctuary will be open to all for meditation. We invite you to come and meditate quietly in your own way.

The award-winning OSU Land Steward training helps landowners learn about their property and develop a management plan. This 11-week program covers critical topics like wildfire risk reduction, forests, soil health, wildlife habitat, pasture management, stream care, water capture and distribution, and much more.

We have a wide assortment of food available. Bags with staple items are pre-filled, but we will gladly add any special requests if they are available. When you visit, there is always a simple lunch. On the last Wednesday of every month, we serve a pretty darned good hot meal with salad and a huge table filled with pies and desserts. We call it a community lunch. All are welcomed.

Turn a few spooky ingredients into party worthy treats. Create spooky ghosts and silly monsters using cookies, pretzels, melted chocolate and colorful candies.

Instructor Bio: Sarah Greco is the JCC Youth and Family Programs Coordinator and a Jacksonville mom. With a background in early childhood education and developmental psychology, she is passionate about protecting and celebrating childhood and supporting parents in the community,

This after school program serves as an introduction to the arts for children 7-11. Students will engage with the elements and principles of art using a variety of media including drawing, painting, and collage. Class will focus on fun as they build foundational skills and explore their endless creativity.
