Jeff Miller joins the Exchange. He's the Senior Conservation Advocate at the Center for Biological Diversity. Petitions for protection benefits were submitted by the Center to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the Umpqua chub in southwestern Oregon and the Northern Roach in northeastern California and southern Oregon.
