This small group personal training program is designed for groups of 8-10, offering the benefits of personal training in a group setting.
All fitness levels welcome, though you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. A combination of weight training, balance exercises and some cardio with functional lifelong wellness in mind. Benefits include prevention of osteoporosis by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone, mental and emotional health, improved immune system, and most importantly lower risk of falls, metabolic diseases and cognitive decline.

Take part in a timeless practice utilized by artists such as Van Gogh and Monet. Enjoy a lovely view of the valley at Hummingbird Estates, who have graciously donated their venue for our Plein Air event. Landscape artist Silvia Trujillo will guide you in depicting the beauty of the drawing directly from nature, creating interesting compositions, and capturing a moment in time. Please bring a lunch and light snack.

Beginning May 3, come experience the history, flora and fauna of Lithia park in a guided tour led by knowledgeable and passionate volunteers.
Walks run every Saturday morning at 10:00am, May through September. Walks last 90 minutes, are FREE of charge, and are open to locals and visitors alike. Please meet your guide at the front entrance of Lithia Park across from the Plaza.

Fiber Artists Nani Pacal and Thalia Keple will continue to be featured artisans at Shepherd's Dream throughout the month of September. We feature both seasoned and up and coming artisans monthly and invite you to come to our Ashland Flagship Retail Showroom to view these amazing fine art works. The Southern Oregon Coast Legends Festival is a music festival with a Pacific Northwest Legends theme. Visitors are invited for two days of music, food and spirits, merchant vendors, and kid activities. The award-winning OSU Land Steward training helps landowners learn about their property and develop a management plan. This 11-week program covers critical topics like wildfire risk reduction, forests, soil health, wildlife habitat, pasture management, stream care, water capture and distribution, and much more.
This will be the 9th year that Max's Mission and our many community partners will gather to remember those we have lost to overdose and fentanyl poisoning, distribute free naloxone and train on its use and provide an opportunity to connect to the many services available in Southern Oregon. Together, we honor lives lost, support those still struggling and raise awareness around substance use and recovery. This year's event will feature:
