Through connections with Rebuilding Together Rogue Valley (RBTRV), Grandma's Porch came to the home of Jerry Aguiare in Central Point in 2019.
Grandma's Porch is a free program that assists low-income and disabled seniors with repairs and small renovations.

Joining the Exchange is Kendyl Kaplan, Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Rogue Valley (RBTRV). The program helps fund projects that assist aging seniors to keep them in their homes. It helps seniors and other low income residents with disabilities. Kaplan says RTRV is the only nonprofit in Oregon that does this work using Medicaid benefits.
