Jefferson Public Radio Executive Director, Paul Westhelle, oversees management of JPR's service to the community. He joins the Exchange to discuss the impact of federal policies on JPR and the public media landscape. Also joining the conversation is Phil Meyer, CEO of Southern Oregon Public Broadcasting Station (SOPBS).
