Working your way past burnout, pen in hand (or keyboard)

Kathleen (Kay) Adams is a big believer in writing things down in a journal.

She is a counselor and the founder of the Center for Journal Therapy, and a prolific writer on writing. She's already hit the New York Times bestseller list with Journal to the Self, and her latest work focuses on those times when we feel like we can't go on... or just don't want to.

The latest book is Journal Therapy for Overcoming Burnout: 366 Prompts for Renewal and Stress Management.
So there's one for every day of the year, even in leap years.

Linda Barnes of Medford, who teaches poetry writing and journaling, contributed to the book. She and Kay Adams visit to talk about the value of writing when you're stressed about things in your life.
