Oregon Climate Group Hosts Free Clean Energy Conference

Kharli Rose

The dreamed-of target for carbon in the Earth's atmosphere is 350 parts per million.

Trouble is, we're already way above 400, and still climbing.

Just the same, 350 remains a goal to get back to, and the organization 350 Deschutes is firmly behind it. The group will host a Go Clean Energy Conference in early October (5-7), with a potential wide appeal: it's online, and it's free.

Diane Hodiak is the Executive Director of 350 Deschutes, and our guide to a discussion of clean energy. Energy Trust of Oregon is a sponsor of the event; Southern Oregon Outreach Manager Karen Chase joins the discussion.
