The Rogue Valley is already short on resources for mental health care. And the pandemic just made things work by forcing many providers to cut hours or at least in-person availability to clients.
OnTrack, the Medford-based behavioral health provider, just landed a multi-million-dollar grant to help train more counselors for addiction treatment and other behavioral issues. And it's a long-term project, meant to set up training for the next four years.
