The Product You Can't Do Without: Palm Oil

Jocelyn C. Zuckerman
Jocelyn C. Zuckerman

Your eyes can cross reading product labels, with their tiny print and multisyllabic scientific names.

Zuckerman reports in her book Planet Palm: How Palm Oil Ended Up in Everything—and Endangered the World.

The author joins us with a sobering look at the uses of palm oil, and its recent ubiquity.
