Jackson County Still In 'Extreme Risk' Amid Dropping Numbers: COVID Q&A

Vaccines are being distributed, albeit slowly. And new case numbers of COVID-19 continue a downward trend in the region.

But Jackson County remains in the governor's "Extreme Risk" category, likely to the chagrin of Jackson County Health and Human Services. Dr. Jim Shames is the Medical Director at the agency.
