The COVID-19 vaccine is getting out there, just not quite as fast as anybody would like so far. Availability is one issue, procedure is another.

Governments at several levels have pledged to speed up delivery in the weeks and months ahead. Asante Health System, one of the region's largest health care providers, is up to Tier Three of its vaccine rollout for employees.

Holly Nickerson of Asante explains the phases and tiers and the work of getting people vaccinated.
