Wednesday is proving to be a big day for COVID-19 cases in Jackson County. The last two Wednesdays have featured record numbers of new cases, 28 and then 36.
The rise in the county mirrors the rise in cases around the world. Dr. Jim Shames is the Medical Director at Jackson County Health and Human Services.
