Exchange Exemplar: Getting To Know "Invisibles"

You notice the singer, the actor, the barista, and the guy at the checkout counter, among others.

But there are plenty of people who make the world work who you never hear about.  As long as things are working well, anyway.  These are the people David Zweig calls "invisibles."  And he wrote a book to spotlight their work, called Invisibles: The Power of Anonymous Work in an Age of Relentless Self-Promotion

David joined us in 2014 to talk about translators and anesthesiologists and other people who make the world work, just rather quietly.  We return to the interview here.
