Two recent reports show a building strength in the Oregon economy.
This week the Employment Departmentannounced a dip in the unemployment rate to 6.7%, its lowest level in more than six years.
Just before that report emerged, a job vacancy survey also showed growth.
But there are some qualifiers to each.
