This small group personal training program is designed for groups of 8-10, offering the benefits of personal training in a group setting.
All fitness levels welcome, though you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. A combination of weight training, balance exercises and some cardio with functional lifelong wellness in mind. Benefits include prevention of osteoporosis by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone, mental and emotional health, improved immune system, and most importantly lower risk of falls, metabolic diseases and cognitive decline.
Starting May 3, the heart of downtown Ashland will be home to the Saturday Market, running every Saturday until October 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the 100 block of Oak St. This exclusive one block long market provides healthy options, fresh organic produce, artisan foods, and more every week for the locals and travelers passing through. We encourage everyone to join us in supporting local while cultivating community in Southern Oregon.

Come join us in our serene sanctuary from 9:30-10:30 AM on Sundays August 3 & 17, September 7 & 21, where we will hold space for the contemplation of peace in all areas of our lives. There is no charge; KSC is dedicated to welcoming and supporting individuals at any stage of their spiritual journeys.
Beginning May 3, come experience the history, flora and fauna of Lithia park in a guided tour led by knowledgeable and passionate volunteers.
Walks run every Saturday morning at 10:00am, May through September. Walks last 90 minutes, are FREE of charge, and are open to locals and visitors alike. Please meet your guide at the front entrance of Lithia Park across from the Plaza.
This program has been running since 1989, and is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in Ashland's crown jewel.

Join the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center (MSBEC), California Native Plant Society (CNPS), and the Siskiyou Land Trust (SLT) for a day of exploration in the Sáttítla Highlands National Monument. We’ll go on a sensory, wonder-filled nature walk, investigate a few different biodiversity hotspots, and participate in a bioblitz for CA’s Biodiversity Day! No experience required. Member Artist of the Month: Nancy Darte, Painter
Enjoy the light-hearted explorations of member artist, Nancy Darte, right down to the microscopic realm. Nancy is known for her paintings of bugs, rocks, and plants to viruses under a microscope! This will be an interesting show indeed.
