The Weave Care App is free app that:
- helps coordinate free care among peers (for tasks such as child care, pet care, transportation, companionship, meals, cleaning, financial aid, etc)
- offers educational tips (how to ask for help, how to be of quality support, how to navigate life’s myriad of challenges)
- provides links to professional resources (help hotline, medical professionals, birth doulas, grief groups, childcare professionals, etc).
The App will be available for download October 27th! Join us for an evening of food, fun, friends & an opportunity to build your community of trusted helpers.
Pauline will guide us through the steps of downloading & installing the app.
Crystal Arnold will lead us through fun activities to connect and get more comfortable expressing our offers and needs.
Through Community Building prompts & exercises you will have an opportunity to add contacts to your or your loved one’s care team (or save them for future reference).
The evening of intimacy & vulnerability will be interjected with games, food & dance.
