Taste of OLLI: Remarkable Women in Southern Oregon History

As part of a free, public Summer Speakers Series titled A Taste of OLLI that is sponsored by Osher Lifelong Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Southern Oregon University, “Remarkable Women in Southern Oregon History" will be presented by Anna Sloan, a PhD anthropologist and the collections assistant for the Southern Oregon Historical Society. She will highlight the stories of some of the extraordinary women who made their mark on our region over the past 150 years, including Sybil Harber, Marian Towne, Regina Dorland Robinson, Virginia Card and the Hanley sisters. The program will be provided via Zoom on Tuesday, July 20, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Registration is required to obtain a Zoom link. Visit inside.sou.edu/olli to sign up.
