Special Rock Garden Program, Siskiyou Chapter
The Siskiyou Chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society will feature “The Fun and Magic of Plant Propagation” at its March 8th meeting. Our speaker is Erik Petersen, production manager at Shooting Star Nursery in Central Point. Shooting Star propagates an average of 75-80% of its perennial, grass and specialty shrub stock on site. In his hands-on program, Erik will demonstrate vegetative propagation with stem and root cuttings and divisions and share tips and techniques.
