Were you a renter or homeowner living in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone during the wildfires in Shasta County in 2018? --- If so, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help you buy a home outside of California high fire zones.
Up to $350,000 in Homebuyer Assistance for Wildfire Impacted Families --- You don’t have to have perfect credit to qualify, and the financial assistance is forgiven after five years!
