Last year’s fires were devastating. Because of climate change, a repeat is almost inevitable but we are not helpless. The next Southern Oregon Climate Action Now general meeting will explore how we can better prepare for this future. The program will feature Joseph Vaile, Climate Director, and Alexi Lovechio, National Forest Organizer from KS Wild. They will offer tips on how to prepare your family, home and community for a wildfire emergency using KS Wild’s new Forest & Fire Toolkit.
