Wondering how to preserve all the overflow from your summer garden? Christopher and Kirsten Shockey, founders of FermentWorks and the online Fermentation School, as well as award-winning authors of multiple books on fermentation, will show you how to ferment foods with little to no equipment. All participants are required to wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing during this in-person program. Space is limited, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis; patrons are advised to arrive early to ensure a seat.
