The first annual Community Wellness Festival will be held at Ignite Health And Wellness, 3615 Bechelli Ln., in Redding, on September 14th from 9 AM until 3 PM. There will be sound bath, breathwork, and yoga demos to participate in from 9 AM until 11 AM. Live music from 11 AM until 3 PM featuring Four Dogs Down and Don Burton. Delicious food from local food trucks, 30 Health and Wellness vendors, hourly raffles, and a scavenger hunt. The heart of this event is to bring the community in and share with them all the amazing holistic resources, available in our community, and to have a fun time!
