Beginner's Retreat to Explore Zen Buddhism
You are invited to a Beginner’s Retreat at Ashland Zen Center on Saturday, November 20 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Explore the foundations of Zen Buddhism in a small group with a Zen teacher. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Instruction in zazen (seated meditation) and kinhin (walking meditation) will be provided. Registration is $25 and includes lunch.
