Join Chef Deborah as she guides you through the preparation of a gastronomically satisfying and easy holiday meal. Your menu includes a traditional, yet simplified French Cassoulet. A rich, slow-cooked stew that hails from Southern France, chock full of juicy pork tenderloin, sausage, mushrooms, white beans, and fresh herbs. A straightforward Bistro Salad with homemade Citrus Vinaigrette and for Dessert, Holiday-inspired Madeleines. Tastings are included along with copies of each recipe.
