Senator Jeff Merkley joins the Exchange to discuss the budget battles in Congress over public media, foreign aid and other federal funding cuts that impact Oregon.

Senator Merkley has represented Oregon in the U.S. Senate for the past 17 years. He’s a member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, the Rules Committee; Foreign Relations Committee and the all-important Appropriations Committee and Budget Committee.
