Confidence grows as omicron shrinks: COVID Q&A

"It goes straight up, then it goes straight down" is the way some people have described the numbers of new COVIDcases during the Omicron wave. It's actually not far from the truth, as numbers have indeed been dropping precipitously.

Dr. Leona O'Keefe, Jackson County Medical Director, reminds us that the numbers may not be entirely accurate, since many people are now able to get tested at home, and there is no requirement for reporting a positive test.

Dr. O'Keefe continues to join us for weekly COVID Q&A sessions.
