How to include art in approaches to solving problems of all kinds

The problem is a big one, and the organization is struggling to solve it. What have we not tried yet? How about art?

That's right, art; three simple letters and a whole lot of depth. When words and similar approaches fail, incorporating art can go a long way to finding a solution.

Amy Herman started and runs an organization that teaches leaders how to do their jobs better, and art is a component.

She gives an overview of the approach in her book Fixed. How to Perfect the Fine Art of Problem Solving.

You see the word art in there? We'll explore the concept further in the author's visit to the JX.
