Oregon Global Warming Commission's plan for widespread carbon sequestration

It's not just that we need to emit less carbon, we also have to find ways to take up some of the carbon already in the atmosphere.

Cue the trees and other plants; forests are good for carbon sequestration.

Governor Kate Brown directed the Oregon Global Warming Commission to work with agencies at multiple levels on ideas for upping the intake of carbon.

The commission just dropped its report on Natural and Working Lands Proposal, and commission chair Catherine McDonald visits with details.
