When the past finally finds you: the story of Bobby Love

Some details about Bobby Love's early life were unknown, even to his wife. So the day the police knocked on the door of the Loves' Brooklyn home, Cheryl Love got quite a shock.

Her husband had been a master thief in his youth, escaped from custody, and started a new life under a new name.

The story of how Bobby and Cheryl reconciled the past with the present is told in their book The Redemption of Bobby Love: A Story of Faith, Family, and Justice.

We bring both of the Loves onto the JX to tell their story.
