It took Oregon almost exactly four weeks to go from "all restrictions are lifted" to "please wear a mask when you're indoors in public places."
That's the overall context in which we survey the landscape for arts events happening in the region in the month of August.
We compile a list, live on the air, in our First Friday Arts segment.
It is entirely phone-dependent: arts organizations call 800-838-3760 to publicize their events, and we provide the time for them to do so.
