The Case For Melding Modern And Ancient Knowledge, For The Good Of Humanity

Jeremy Lent

There were lots of "oh yeah" moments in our last visit with Jeremy Lent.

In "The Patterning Instinct," Lent showed just how differently people view the world, how we look for different patterns based on the culture and language we grow up with.

He dives once again into diverse cultures for an amalgam of knowledge that might put people at ease about the world and our places in it, at a time of great upheaval in the world.

The new book is titled The Web of Meaning: Integrating Science and Traditional Wisdom to Find our Place in the Universe.

We pick the author's brain about how we might deploy our own brains differently to remake society.
