Political scientist and employment researcher Michelle Miller-Adams explores the history of the movement, the concepts within it, and some possible outcomes of making college free, in the book The Path to Free College: In Pursuit of Access, Equity, and Prosperity. The author explains how tuition-free college could be a powerful agent for change.
