News stories in America are often about police activities, that's a given. But too many stories in recent years have been forced to focus on the conduct of police and their relationships with the communities they serve.
Eureka Police Chief Stephen Watson, recently posted a report on the implementation of 21st Century Policing Policies. The release coincided with a news story about a toxic culture within EPD, a report which Chief Steve Watson acknowledges in his note accompanying the release.
