It's been more than a year since racist graffiti showed up on campus at Southern Oregon University. But the year has been filled, across the country, with unrest over the mistreatment of Black Americans and members of other minority groups.
SOU addressed the 2020 incident, but remains on alert for further events, and continues to work to make the university a more inclusive place where people of all kinds feel safe.
