The Women’s Leadership Connection (a nonprofit) is thrilled to
announce its keynote speakers for its annual conference, which has been a sold-out success for
the past 12 years. This year's theme is LEVEL UP, with speakers focused on helping attendees
determine where and how to get to the next stage of their personal and professional lives.
The event will take place at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites in Ashland, Oregon, with an
opening networking reception on Thursday, May 1 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The full-day
conference will be held on Friday, May 2, beginning with registration at 7:30 am, the
conference beginning at 8:30 and concluding at 5:00 pm. Lunch is included with registration.
WLC is excited to present an inspiring and dynamic speaker lineup starting with opening
keynote by Rogue Valley resident Lauren Trantham, founder of Ride My Road, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for anti-human trafficking. The event will
conclude with a personally and professionally galvanizing keynote by Jasmine Brett Stringer,

After the keynote, attendees can join one of six breakout sessions led by esteemed Southern
Oregon professionals. This two-day event welcomes everyone—women, men, students, and
LGBT+ members—and features keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, and shopping at the
