Situational Awareness, Basic Self Defense for All Body Types, Nervous System Regulation

Learn how to approach your parked car in the dark, how you put your children in the car with someone approaching, how to defend yourself with gentle yet effective moves whether old or young, and simple practices to stay grounded in what feels like a threatening situation. Two active duties police officers and a nervous system regulation specialist with facilitate this training with an emphasis on prevention. Brought to all of Southern Oregon by K.A.W.S., a nonprofit organization that has been working for the safety of Women and Girls since 2018. All identifying Women and Girls from age 11+ are invited. Please see the specific details on the website. Only registrants will be given the location of the training. Parking has been arranged for attendees.
