Learn more about the power of the mind and the physiology of communication. Communication goes beyond the words we speak and has a direct and indirect effect upon the way we live and exist in this world. It impacts and influences our relationships at home, work, in life, and with ourselves. In this talk, Deborah shares her personal story behind discovering the fact, we cannot not communicate, and how it affects us and those around us, wittingly and unwittingly.

Deborah Provost, MA, CHt recently retired from a 36-year career as a dental hygienist after the murder of her younger sister. She is a certified hypnotherapist and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development, as well as certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming, stress management, health coaching and plant-based nutrition. Deborah has a passion for applicable knowledge and working with her reawakens one’s innate wisdom and true essence.
