Redding City Council Candidates Forum

Redding City Council Candidates Forum

Join SEA and other non-profit organizations for the Redding City Council Candidates Forum on Monday, September 30th at 6 pm at the Social Hall of the First United Methodist Church, located at 1825 East St., Redding.

This non-partisan forum aims to promote an informed vote by allowing Redding residents to hear directly from City Council candidates about their positions on key issues issues affecting the city that are important to us such as Turtle Bay, the Riverfront Specific Plan, a new Tree Ordinance, Redding’s tree canopy, and river and creek protections.

As non-profit organizations, we will not endorse or oppose any candidates but are committed to encouraging civic engagement and voter education. KKRN and KFOI Radio are cosponsoring the event.

The forum will be recorded and posted on YouTube, allowing broader access to this valuable information.
