Counter-Signals editor Alan Smart and Humboldt Area Peoples Archive (HAPA) co-founder Scott Holmquist explore the Humboldt region’s complex legacy of pre-legal back-to-the-lander cannabis cultivation, entrepreneurship and ecological idealism.
